The Connolly Foundation is a founding partner of Bedford Giving a collaborative project bringing together funders, businesses and residents to help improve the lives of children and young people in Bedford.

It is here to:

Speak up and shout out for Bedford’s residents, using its independent voice to raise awareness of the things that matter to our children and young people.
Mobilise collective resources – people, money, ideas and time – for the benefit of Bedford’s younger generation. Everyone has something to give.
Make a difference to young people’s lives by identifying and delivering breakthrough projects with lasting impact.

Hosted by The Harpur Trust

Its approach to evidence-based collective action is based on successful place based giving schemes around the UK including Islington Giving.

Bedford Giving is hosted by The Harpur Trust, and its other founding partners are St John’s Hospital Trust, Lousada Plc, bpha, The Gale Family Charitable Trust, The Worshipful Company of Founders and the Panacea Society.
